How big is the co-operative?
Unicorners currently has 121 partner companies, each with 50–800 employees.
Is there an open members list I can see?
No. Some co-operative members provide different services within the co-operative than they do in their main line of business. To respect their privacy requests, our co-operative makes its members list available to other members only. Companies co-invest in marketing efforts and building infrastructure, and we truly view ourselves as a single co-operative, not a partnership of several companies.
Where is the co-operative centered?
The co-operative is international, with members from Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Columbia, India, as well as some boutique agencies in Germany, the UK, and New Zealand. Plus, we are always looking to expand!
How do you keep prices competitive?
Our community and co-operative is built on strict cultural and ethical principles. Each member and partner vendor provides their best team for each project. Unable to see each others’ “bids”, each team is therefore motivated to provide clients with the best prices they can offer. During Managed Partner Matchmaking, our joint sales force adheres to a predefined pricing and project estimation workflow that ensures client projects are priced fairly.
